I am in South Texas and planted my artichoke plants (started from seed in the house) about a month ago. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! So far, the plants are doing well.
Congrats! Our artichoke plants are still alive, but I don't think we'll get flowers this year--too many run-ins with the chickens and aphids. But seeing yours gives me hope. I bet they taste amazing!
Well done!
ReplyDeleteOh good for you!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!
ReplyDeleteWe owe it all to the artichoke & the gophers for leaving them alone! Thanks for the sharing the joy.
