I managed to find a modest couch jump photo to share and have quite a few laughs in the process. If only Congressman Anthony Weiner had tweeted his naked couch jump instead of his questionable self-portrait...he might have been able to spin it.

Paula, I suggest you and your honey try some IKEA couch jumping. I think your couch may be sturdier than you think. And I suspect you too will experience the elation of the IKEA couch jump. I have jumped on our couch because my boys convince me it's a blast. It is fun. Deep respect for a sturdy couch.
